Simon’s career highlights include:

• Playing a leading role in assisting SMS UK break into the Government sector after winning our first UK Government assignment.
• Assisting a UK water company to reduce customer complaints to industry average levels and reducing written correspondence back-log by 90% by designing and implementing a customer management improvement programme.
• Playing a key role in the design and implementation of a PMO for one of the largest and most successful transformation programmes in Europe – Defence Logistics Change Programme (MOD – UK)
• Successfully leading a challenging IT Due Diligence project for a major global investment bank in which there was limited information disclosed by the selling vendor, the IT and stakeholder environment was complex and timeframes were extremely tight.

Background

Simon has over 12 years of consulting experience working as an independent consultant, a Manager within Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini and a Senior Consultant with SMS. He has worked with global blue-chip companies, small-to-medium sized enterprises and Government.
He joined the SMS UK office in 2002 and relocated to the Brisbane office in 2006. Simon is currently working with a major banking and insurance company on a customer relationship management project
