Elizabeth is an experienced Manager with in excess of 7 years experience in strategic and operational management roles in health, not-for-profit and Government sectors. With a particular interest in Organisational Change Management, Elizabeth joined SMS in 2007 to develop her skills as a Consultant, and to experience life in sunny Australia.
SMS Career Highlights
Since joining SMS in May Elizabeth has been engaged at a Government infrastructure department providing consultancy to the CIO and Executive Director. Elizabeth is delivering Organisational Change Management, Benefits Realisation, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications for a large programme of work, alongside other SMS Consultants. She has also taken on a Deputy Project Management role in the production of a Business Services Catalogue.
