As a management consultant and a line manager responsible for strategy and business performance, Christiane has worked at all levels of organisations with clients in Australia, the Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe, the UK, the United States and India.

Christiane's career highlights include: 

• Consulting as a Project Study Manager for South Walker Creek Mine in Central QLD with BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA). During this engagement Christiane has managed and coordinated pre-feasibility and feasibility study for a potential $50m Coal Processing Plant Extension Project at South Walker Creek Mine in the Bowen Basin.
• Working in the role of Project Manager for a Strategic Product Line Review Project. In this role Christiane managed a strategic product development project for Suncorp’s Wealth Management division in collaboration with client team members. This involved designing the implementation strategy for a new suite of wealth management products to position products competitively in the market following thorough market analysis, scenario building and strategy development.

Christiane has helped many of her clients drive strategy and business planning cycles, for business units and entire organisations. She has assisted such organisations to collect, analyse and interpret market information in order to improve competitive positioning, develop new products, prepare business cases, change business processes, and to improve efficiencies and turnaround times. She is a seasoned project manager and a skilled facilitator for workshops involving senior decision makers. She has implemented Activity Based Costing, Management Information Systems, Product, Customer and Branch Profitability Models and has led several large change management projects, delivering tangible and practicable solutions often resulting in the increase of cost-to-income ratios, share prices, business growth and product uptakes.

Christiane has extensive experience in a broad range of industries including: Banking, Finance, Superannuation, Insurance and Wealth Management, Gaming and Entertainment, Mining, Resources and Utilities and International Trade Relations and Affairs.
