Charlotte joined SMS in March 2007 as a UK international recruit on our 457 Visa programme. Charlotte is an experienced team leader who has significant experience in the management and delivery of IT projects. Charlotte’s project management and team leadership abilities are strengthened by her accomplished technology background in business and solution analysis, architecture, programming, testing and release management. Charlotte has gained proven experience in the design and development of enterprise solutions in both Microsoft and Oracle environments. She has also had exposure in the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions.

SMS Career Highlights

Charlotte’s career highlights include: 

• Test Manager, supporting the management of the user acceptance testing process including internal resources and vendor resources, 
• Assisting Australia's leading supplier of specialist assistance services develop a business case for the implementation of a corporate data warehouse, 
• Working alongside clients to define business requirement.
  

Background

After a Master in Information and Decision Systems in France, Charlotte joined a leading independent spatial information and systems consultancy in England. During that time Charlotte undertook a wide variety of management and technical consulting work – major enterprise systems implementations, alongside strategy assignments.
