Paula Johnston is National Director, M&T Resources, the Australian contracting and permanent recruitment arm of SMS Management & Technology. Based in the SMS Head Office in Melbourne, Paula is responsible for the ongoing growth and development of the M&T Resources business in through offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane. Paula joined the Company as an Account Manager with M&T Resources in the Brisbane office in 2000, and soon after moved into the role of Manager, Queensland, before taking on the National Director role in 2002. Prior to this Paula spent over 14 years as a consultant for major, national corporations in the Information Technology industry in roles which included systems development, sales and marketing, training and recruitment. During the past 8 years she has specialised in IT recruitment, developing innovative resourcing solutions for large private and public sector organisations. Paula holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Southern Queensland.
